Sporting activities display the liveliness of academic institutes. We identify sports
as one of the most natural and important form of recreation. It is the best way
to improve one's health and spirits that is essentially required to excel in all
the aspects of one's life. We are proud to have such excellent sporting talents
that have won glorious achievements at District, State and National level in different
disciplines of sports.
Facilities for indoor games like Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess and are provided in
the University campus.
There is a fully equipped multipurpose Hall where Yoga, Martial-art, Judo, Karate,
Taekwondo Classes are conducted for our students.
MATS University is the only academic institute in Chhattisgarh State which has fully
Air Conditioned Gymnasium. A well equipped and separate portions of Aerobic and
Weight Room are the part of Fitness Center. These facilities are useful to give
ample training for “Vishwa Chaitanya”.

- Standard 400 m athletic track with clay / cinder the facilities for all athletic events.
- Concentric natural turf grass ground field for all field sports
c. Basket ball court – 1 with fencing, flood light with clay surface.
d. Lawn tennis courts 1 with fencing, flood light with clay surface.
- Volleyball court upgradation after monsoon rain viz. fencing, Flood lighting
- Standard 400 m track with facilities of all athletic running, Jumping and throwing events – clay & cinder surface
- Green grass ground suitable for football and other field sports.
- Basketball court – Cement surface with fence & flood light facility.
