School of Information Technology was established with a vision of technical and economic empowerment of Indian society through technological knowledge. Indian brains have proved their intellectual superiority through extraordinary performance in IT industries for last two decades. This big pool of our country's intellectual resource has to be guided in most efficient manner to reap maximum benefit for the nation. Individual as well as the knowledge empowered academic lineup will only be able to ensure fulfillment of this objective.

The academic programmes are adequately combined with theoretical inputs, educational tours, industrial visits and project work to understand the practical applications.

Undergraduate Program
BCA - Bachelor of Computer Applications
Duration
Three Years (or Six Semesters)
Lateral Entry
Lateral entry in BCA II year or third semester will be given to the students having qualification DCA (After 10+2) or DOEACC “O” level examination or any other examination considered equivalent by the university.
Academic Year
There would be academic cycle one from January to June and second from July to December.

MCA - Master of Computer Applications
Duration
Three Years (or Six semesters)

  • The breadth of knowledge to complement and combine computational, mathematical and engineering thinking.

Hitavada
Raipur | The students of MATS School of IT had organised an Inter-School Quiz Competition where different schools from Raipur had participated. The total event from the planning stage till the successful completion was the commendable work of the students under the guidance of the experienced faculties of IT School. The event was a great success and inculcated into students different skills like planning, coordination, execution and leadership along with the technicalities of managing a Hi-tech IT related event.
